Hello! My name is Jack, and I am a Performance Dietitian who specializes in nutrition counseling with a focus on sports performance, food literacy, and mental wellbeing. While I provide evidence-based recommendations to help athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level, my primary mission is to empower others to achieve long-term wellbeing by building a healthy relationship with mind, body, and food.

Through culinary nutrition and evidence-based research, I have learned how to translate cutting-edge science using simple strategies and the power of nourishing food to develop personalized, sustainable solutions for clients. Proper nutrition will make you a better athlete, but it will also make you a better and happier human.

Emily Lambobard

Nutrition goes beyond food, it serves as an empowering resource for individuals to take control of their lives and health; physical, mental and emotional. We all have unique needs, motivations and lifestyles, and our nutrition approach needs to fit these factors. I have always had a passion for health and wellness, but it became personal when I saw the effects of nutrition on my life.

My Masters in Public Health has given me the opportunity to research and practice in a variety of settings and communities. I understand that nutrition is not as easy as fruits and vegetables. We need to look at the whole picture from lifestyle, to environment, to culture, to priorities and work from there. Through my personal and professional experience, I continue to gain the knowledge of how to best utilize nutrition for our dynamic, ever-changing environments.

Credential & Past Experience

  • B.S. in Nutritional Science with Clinical Lab minor

  • M.S. Public Health with a concentration in Dietetics

  • Credentialed as Registered Dietitian

  • I have worked in a variety of nutrition settings including: corporate nutrition, inpatient acute care, food service, community research, and school nutrition.
